I noticed alot of EA files have no screenshot :huh:
THEREFORE, instead of a screenshot (thumbnail etc) that you view on editingarchive.com why not ALSO include the alt="DESCRIPTION" text so that when you hold your mouse over a file it'll give a short description (I'm talking about the mail editingarchive.com page where you view the last 5 posts).

Also, I guess opera does not properly show the alt text. I know it normally shows alt text correctly, maybe it screws up on EA because of the alt text having HTML.

Actually... the "alt" is incorrectly used in browsers like Firefox and Mozilla. Actually it's screwed up in IE and since most people use that, it just seems like it's "correct."

In reality the alternate text in place of an image should be in a image title.

Alt = if the image doesn't display this text shows up, but IE uses it as a tooltip which is what you're looking for and it's what shows up when you run your mouse over the images on the main page for the file descriptions.

Title = What it SHOULD be for the real tooltips, but no one really implements this since everyone is an IE whore.

I've used both extensively (am using Firefox right now...)

I prefer Opera because it automatically saves what pages you have open, so if something bad happens (ie power outage) you can just start from where you were.

Also, Opera has a nice easy button that you can click to show all images, cached images, or no images at all, VERY useful for those of use who are bandwidth impaired.
