First you gotta register :)
(See editingarchive.com for info, the link should be there somewhere)

Then, make a map, then login, and on your login screen there will be an option to upload a file. PLEASE include a thumbnail image of what your map looks like (details on the upload page). Then, upload the file, and boom, your map is on editingarchive's front page [until it is gradually replaced with more people's creations]).
