Sim, About File Submissions

Possible to make it mandatory to include some form of description in file submissions. IE: The file won't go through for upload if some detail isn't given? So far two files I've seen have no details. One was that vid you d/led another was a background image. I'd at least like to have some idea of what i'm d/ling before i get something on my computer I don't need... <_<

I agree, it's annoying to manually title submissions. Thanks, will do it soon :D
