Not sure where the non-eatv relays went... But sometime last night both of them went somewhere....
Sorry guys, hopefully they'll pop back into existance soon...

Hmm, that must mean there is a limited amount of slots available, if ONLY there was a way to reserve a slot, and then have guaranteed access to EATV...

Good news is one of the relays is back up. Bad news is it's not the big one :(
