I just looked over at Anime-Empire's site, looking for an update on when they'll be moving on with PlanetES, and found it was listed as licensed. Startled, I went over to Animesuki and found that the license list was updated on August 1st. I looked at it and, lo and behold, PlanetES is licensed by Bandai and Star Ocean EX is licensed by Geneon.
Now, I suppose, is the time to make requests on what to put on in it's place.
Gah. As of yet, I can't encode due to a bizarre problem with video not being encoded (audio only). I'll look at it some more tomorrow, and hopefully get the rest of kanon encoded and up. Sorry for the extreme delay :)
Planetes being licenced isnt new. It was mentioned at a Convention befor Akon. But now it is offical. Funny thing is that ADV didnt licence anything at Akon. They usually licence more than anyone.
Ok, I'll be downloading tonight, so put some suggestions in this thread :)
Yugo
Twin Spica (Serious)
Papuwa (Silly)
Maico (Funny, 14 minutes per ep)
64.5% done downloading Yugo 1-13 :)

That sucks that you cant watch if licenced, damn money grubbers what about us not living in Japan (still need that cry emot people), but man reason i responded is i watched Starocean, it does not follow the game too well and has bad dbz like qualitys (1 move used over and over to kill everything), so no loss, just play the game-much better.
The star ocean is great! Sure, they reuse animation, but otherwise I really enjoyed it. Catchy intro too ;)

I agree boss good story and animation and music, but eveyfight i mean EVERY fight they get into its KA-HO-Zan wind air slash bs, and the point at which they learn skills is off, as well is the ending (Leon used ultimate spell "extinction", and they killed a wise man before getting to Energy Nead wtf) worth watching if you dont mind story being un-parallel.
