Hey everyone!

Live report from the front, here at Ikkicon in Austin! Things are looking great, we've handed out like...a bazillion business cards and sold 2 shirts (I think...). Lots of people expressed interest and we learned that there were several people that had already been part of our community. The best person was the one who admitted that we (read EATV) had exposed and hooked him to anime! How cool is that!?

So, this is the thread where we can talk about the con, and if anybody from the con wonders over to the site they can say hi!

Neo: It's an anime convention in Austin, TX. I believe that it has replaced the previous Ushicon, though you'd have to hear from Amni or Sim to be certain of that.

So, what is the current supply of t-shirts looking like? Are we almost out?
(I'm hoping we can do another run of new t-shirts soon...)

Sorry, yes, Ikkicon is indeed a convention in Austin. Things seemed to be going well when I left to come back, hopefully Sim'll give us a full report later

If we run out of these designs, I have a few designs in my head we can start voting on for the next batch shirts.

Aw, London seems to only have 2 anime conventions a year, the same one twice a year (I found out it's twice year from a guy who cosplayed as Suisei Seki).
